The Smart Insights guide to Account Growth planning will hopefully help agency compadres structure how they approach the subject.
As I say in the article, effective new business endeavours are vital (be that outbound or, increasingly, inbound) but don’t neglect your existing client base.
I’ve worked with a lot of accounts / clients over the years and was responsible for existing client growth on all things digital for a big chunk of that time, so hopefully the guide contains a mix of pragmatism as well as best practice.
